1. Cleansing your Face
You will need:
- Cleansing Oil
- Clean Washing Cloth
- Hot Water
Step 1: Application of oil
- Put a considerable amount of the oil into the palms of your hands and massage the oil into your dry face. Take time to massage your face nicely and gently. This helps the oil to get rid of all impurities and thoroughly remove your make up so that it becomes easy to wipe off.
Step 2: Emulsification of Oil
This step is optional, however, it helps a lot especially if you have heavy make-up on your face. Take a few drops of water and add them to the oil on your face to emulsify it. Continue massaging the oil till you get a creamy texture.
Step 3: Wiping Off
Now it’s time to wipe off! Rinse your washing cloth in hot water and lay it on your face till it starts to cool down. Repeat the process till you feel clean and nice.
You can always finish off with a splash of cold water.
2. Hydrating your Face.
You can purchase a hydrating face mask or just make one from the natural ingredients from your kitchen. Personally, I love natural staff therefore I will recommend making one yourself. It’s effortless and will save you a few bucks.
Let’s get to it… You will need these three simple things:
- ½ Banana
- A bit of yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon of honey
Crush the half banana till you get a nice paste like texture. Add the banana to the honey and gently mix the two. Adding yogurt is optional, you can just apply the banana and honey and still get splendid results. Personally, I prefer adding the yogurt. When you are done mixing, use a foundation brush to apply a thin layer of the hydrating face mask.
